Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers very good, clean, and very comfortable rooms that are large for a standard double and feature a comfortable bed, although the furniture shows some signs of wear. The staff provided polite and helpful service, including calling a cab in advance and offering an electric heater. The location is ideal, close to main attractions, shopping malls, and the central train station. The dining experience was impressive with a variety of excellent options. The facilities are modern and clean, suitable mainly for winter breaks.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, but lacked some isolation from noise. The service was helpful and efficient, although extra charges for a larger bed were a downside. The location, especially once the refurbishments are completed, is very convenient. The dining experience was outstanding with a wide variety of delicious choices. Overall, a good value for the money.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, ideal for a business trip, but the design feels a bit cramped and awkward. The location is superb, especially for those arriving by train, but some noise from roadworks affected my stay. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were some issues with package inclusions. The dining was adequate, but the timing didn't quite fit my schedule. Overall, a decent option with some drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a bit small but typical for Europe, although I found them to be well-divided into a sleeping area and a living space, making it one of the better rooms in the hotel. The service, especially from Kenneth, was usually good, but there were some basic requirements they couldn't provide. The location was superb, offering easy access to transport options and being right in the heart of downtown Oslo. Dining was enjoyable with a nice variety of food, yet the thin mattress made it challenging to sleep comfortably for an adult.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location was very convenient, right in the heart of Oslo City Center, making it easy to explore the city. The service was top-notch with the staff always ready to assist, although some limitations were noted in terms of tools. However, the room overlooking the Atrium on the third floor lacked space and views, which was a downside.
The hotel rooms were well equipped and stylish, featuring a big bathroom with a nice walk-in shower. Despite facing a main street, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. On the downside, the service was rude and unprofessional, making it difficult to enjoy the bar on the ground floor. However, the hotel's location was terrific for access to the airport and proximity to the Christmas Markets and Oslo City Shopping Mall. The dining options were amazing, offering a wide selection, with fresh omelettes and pancakes being highlights. The facilities were top-notch but could have been better in certain areas.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and modern, equipped with a safe and a minibar. The super comfy pillows made my sleep so relaxing. However, the dining area felt a bit like a canteen with white tables everywhere. The service was friendly and professional, making my registration quick and painless. The location was ideal, right in the city center of Oslo. The dining experience was exceptional with a variety of food options. Overall, a great value for money!
I loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were cozy and clean with a lovely view of the city, although the layout was a bit unusual with the division into two 'rooms'. The service was friendly and accommodating, but a bit lacking in efficiency with coffee cups not being changed and shampoo not refilled. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of the train station and surrounded by convenient shopping centers. The dining experience was delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. Overall, a great value for money with some minor room for improvement.
The hotel rooms were often small and austere compared to the suites but very clean with great flat screen HDTV. The service was particularly helpful in allowing early check-in and accommodating room changes. The location was excellent, especially for those arriving by train from Bergen, being right across the street from the station. However, the dining experience was chaotic and not well-organized. Overall, the hotel offers a clean and friendly atmosphere with great central location.
My stay at the Marriott in Copenhagen was delightful. The rooms were nice enough, although lacking a dresser, but the beds were perfect with a great minibar selection. The service was top-notch, with staff being attentive and helpful. The location was convenient, just across the road from the Central train station and within easy reach of various attractions. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering quality dishes. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming hotel.
The hotel is ideally situated in downtown Oslo, making it perfect for exploring the city's attractions. The rooms are small, lack central illumination, and don't offer a view outside, but they are clean and comfortable. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to meet our needs even on short notice. The dining experience is a bit crowded and could use improvement, although the breakfast buffet is excellent. The location is top-notch, with easy access to public transportation and popular spots in the city. Facilities are adequate though not outstanding.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, comfy, but a bit narrow. The service, while helpful, had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, especially for exploring Oslo and the surrounding areas. The dining options were excellent, perfect for early flights. Overall, good value for money despite some room for improvement.
